If you change your mind and the item is unused and in its original packaging, you have until 60 days after receiving your goods to request a return. Grocery products cannot be returned.
How do I initiate a return?
Contact support before sending the item back so the return can be authorised first. Include your original order number, the condition of the item, the number of parcels you want to return, and the reason for the return.
