Free 30‑day returns – includes your statutory 14‑day cooling‑off period (legal rights always apply). Prepaid return label provided. No return shipping deduction.
Items must be returned in original packaging with all accessories included. You are entitled to inspect and test the product as you would in a physical store. If the oven shows signs of use beyond normal inspection – such as food residue, grease, soot, or permanent damage – we may reduce the refund to reflect diminished value.
Exclusions: Gift cards, permanently installed or modified products.
Refunds processed within 2 business days of return delivery. Bank may take 5–10 business days.
