Calabrian red chillies and pork are the star ingredients here, and they also give this sausage its characteristic dark red colour and not-so-subtle heat. This 'nduja has a paste-like consistency and doesn't require cooking, which means there are countless ways to use it to your advantage. Add a few dollops onto your pizza before or after cooking for some fiery flavour bombs, or mix it into your pizza sauce for a spicy hit.
