With our NEW frozen dough balls, you’re always one step closer to pizza night! Now made with our very own Ooni Type “00” Pizza Flour, with wheat varieties selected for strength and elasticity, our dough is super-stretchable, soft and easy to handle, delivering incredible texture and flavour whether you’re a pizza pro or just starting out. They're pre-portioned for 12-inch pizzas, so you’re always just a thaw, stretch, and bake away from top-tier pizza.

Ooni Dough balls are produced to withstand hotter temperatures and are specially formulated for use within Ooni ovens.

As part of our commitment to becoming a regenerative business, Ooni Type “00” Pizza Flour is produced in British mills using 100% renewable energy. We are also working with farms that use at least two recognised regenerative farming practices.

Dough balls will be semi-frozen on arrival and can safely be refrozen without affecting the final result (amazing pizza!).

Each package of dough balls comes with completedefrosting and preparation instructions. Once defrosted, use within 3 days. Dough balls can be kept in the freezer for 8 months from the date of purchase.

Dough balls are delivered via a special courier, and due to their time sensitivity, they’re only available in the mainland UK. We're sorry, but at this time, we cannot deliver to the Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland and selected postcodes.

We stand by our products. All Ooni products come with a 1-year warranty as standard, and we’ll extend that to a 5-year warranty on our Ooni Fyra, Ooni Karu and Ooni Koda outdoor oven ranges when you register your pizza oven with Ooni. Your Ooni pizza oven must be registered within 60 days of receipt in order to claim the 5-year warranty.

We guarantee you that your Ooni Pizza Oven will let you cook great pizza at home.

So - if you buy an Ooni pizza oven and you can’t make great pizza you have 60 days to return it for free. Ooni + you = great pizza or we will buy it back.
