How to clean the Rotating Stone: Most of the debris will burn right off as you’re cooking. Use yourOoni Pizza Oven Brushto remove anything left over. If you like a super-clean finish, wipe out the inside of the oven with a dry cloth or paper towel once it’s completely cool.

While preheating, the constant rotation exposes the whole stone surface to even heat from the surrounding tapered flames. Once your pizza is in, it turns it for you — giving the crusts an even sear and the base a perfect crisp.
Both stones are made from extra-thick cordierite, specifically chosen for its ability to stay hotter for longer. But it’s the rotating mechanism built into our Rotating Stone that gives it the edge on a standard stone — unlocking exceptionally even cooking, plus a hands-free experience. No more babysitting your base or hovering by the oven. Just launch your pizza or load in your tray and let the stone do the rest. Paired with the Koda 2’s impressive heat range, it also allows you to create true rotisserie-style dishes — rotating perfectly seared meat and consistently crisp vegetables before your eyes.
For now, the Rotating Stone is only compatible with our Koda 2 Range — we recommend using it with our Koda 2 Pro or Koda 2 Max for the ultimate cooking experience.
Approximately 7 hours of continuous rotating. When it’s time to change, simply reload the ‘quick connect’ magnetic battery pack with AAs, hold it under the motor and feel it snap back into place.
It depends on your Koda range oven. Each stone size has been optimised to let you cook the largest possible pizza while still allowing for seamless rotation.
