Free 30‑day returns – includes your statutory 14‑day cooling‑off period (legal rights always apply). Prepaid return label provided. No return shipping deduction.
Items must be returned in original packaging with all accessories included. You are entitled to inspect and test the product as you would in a physical store. If the oven shows signs of use beyond normal inspection – such as food residue, grease, soot, or permanent damage – we may reduce the refund to reflect diminished value.
Exclusions: Gift cards, permanently installed or modified products.
Refunds processed within 2 business days of return delivery. Bank may take 5–10 business days.

We deliver your Fior di Latte as fresh as possible, and aim for a minimum 1 week life on delivery. You can also freeze on delivery and store for up to 12 months.
This bundle contains 2 x Fior di Latte and 2 x Mutti Pizza Sauce
Dough balls will be semi-frozen on arrival and can safely be refrozen without affecting the final result (amazing pizza!). Each package of dough balls comes with complete defrosting and preparation instructions.
Top tip!When preparing your dough balls, remove them from their bags while frozen before following the instructions. They’re easier to handle this way.
Dough balls are delivered via a special courier and due to the time sensitivity, they’re only available in mainland UK. Sorry, at this time we cannot deliver to the Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland and selected postcodes.
